 Infinity Weddings and Events, is an authorized company which can obtain your Marriage License, for out-of-state (and out-of-country) couples. We work with the Bureau Marriage License in Miami-Dade county, so all the paperwork is complete before you arrive into town to get married!
We take the time to explain all the preparations and requirements needed for your Florida Marriage License but here is some information in a nutshell.
From the Courts of Clerks Office:
In order to become legally married in the state
of Florida both bride and groom must apply for a marriage license in
person. There is no residency or citizenship requirement to apply for a
Florida marriage license.
The marriage ceremony must be performed within 60 days of the
issuance of the license. After the marriage ceremony, the party who
performed the ceremony should return the license to the Marriage License
Bureau.
Premarital Course
The state requires all Florida residents to take a four hour premarital
course or wait three days for the marriage license to be effective.
This
does not apply to non-Florida residents.
Requirements
When applying for a marriage license both bride and groom must apply in person. If one or more of the applicants are minors, under 18 years of age, additional requirements apply. All applicants must present the following: - One (1) valid identification is required with the applicant's
picture, signature, and date of birth, a Driver License issued by any
state in the U.S., Passport, a U.S. Military ID, Alien Registration
Card, or State of Florida ID issued by DMV are acceptable. Anyone issued
a Social Security Card must provide their number.
- All U.S. citizens and residents must provide their Social Security Number.
- Non-U.S. Citizens may provide one of the following valid
Identifications: Alien Registration Card, US State issued Driver's
License, or Passport if they do not have a Social Security Number.
- If either applicant has been previously married, the exact date of
the last divorce, death or annulment must be provided. If the divorce
took place in Miami-Dade County go to the Family Online Case Search and view the docket link for final judgment date which is date of divorce.

Dade County (Miami- Miami Beach) Marriage License either by email or fax.
Whether it is a beach, park, hotel, banquet hall, restaurant or any other
location you choose... if it is in South Florida, I can perform the rite of
marriage.. OBTAINING A FLORIDA, DADE WEDDING LICENSE FROM
INFINITY WEDDINGS & EVENTS, LLC.
- There is a 3- day
waiting period for license to be valid. The waiting period can be waived
by taking a pre-marital course. A roster of the
courses is available at any of the county court houses listed below.
- The fee is
$93.50. If the pre-marital course is taken, a $32.50 discount will be
taken off the license fee. They accept cash, money order, cashiers check,
and Visa/MC. No personal checks.
- Must present
picture I.D. and Social Security card or any other picture I.D. (Passport,
etc.)
- Both the bride
and groom must appear in person at the time of applying.
- No blood test
is needed.
- Marriage
license is valid for 60 days throughout the state.
- NO blood test is required
- NO physical exam is required
- NO residency is required
- NO Birth Certificate is required
- NO Divorce decree is required if you
divorced more than 3 months ago. All you will need to know is the date
the prior marriage(s) ended.
- US Citizens only: A social security
number is required to obtain a marriage license; you don't need the card,
just the number.
- Witnesses are not required to get married
in Florida
- Marriage license valid 60 days from the
date issued
